| The importance of youth employment is not hidden from anyone, the employment in the shadow of which the human character is formed and the individual gains his independence and self-confidence, the employment and income resulting from it and its personal and social effects are what preserve the family center and One direction also leads to the economic, social and cultural development of the society and, on the contrary, unemployment leads to the destruction of the human personality and the destruction of the society. The right to employment entails the duty of governments and international organizations and is among the rights recognized and approved in the country's constitution. and international documents. Our dear leader has also paid attention to this point in various forms in his numerous statements in the years after the revolution, including in announcing the general policies of the first to sixth development programs and the general policies of the resistance economy, the general policies of Principle 44, and in the statement of the second step.
