fa جایگاه محیط زیست در پاردایم حقوق بشر اسلامی پژوهشي Research <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#00000a"><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مواجهه با محیط زیست به ویژه به واسطه مخاطرات آب و هوایی، تغییرات اقلیمی و انقراض گونه‌های زیستی، در نتیجه استفاده افراط‌گونه بشر، یکی از مهمترین دغدغه‌های جوامع معاصر به شمار می‌آید. در این میان استفاده از ظرفیت آموزه‌های دینی برای ایجاد تغییرات جدی در نگرش به محیط زیست و نحوه رفتار با آن، می‌تواند بسیار راهگشا باشد. بر این اساس مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی مبتنی بر داده‌های اسنادی، با هدف تبیین جایگاه و منزلت محیط زیست در پیرابند اصول مبنایی حقوق بشر اسلامی به انجام رسید. یافته‌ها نشان داد که اصول حقوق بشر اسلامی ضمن تأکید بر کرامت ذاتی و فضیلت انسان و حق بهره‌مندی از طبیعت، برای او جایگاه جانشینی و امانتداری بر زمین را به تصویر می‌کشد و بر این مبنا حق بهره‌مندی از محیط زیست را با لزوم حفاظت از طبیعت به‌عنوان یک وظیفه اخلاقی و دینی که ارزشی ذاتی دارد، گره می‌زند. این نگرش و اشاعه آن می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک الگوی مؤثر برای ترویج رفتارهای پایدار و مسئولانه نسبت به محیط زیست در جوامع اسلامی و سرمشقی برای دیگر جوامع، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#00000a"><span style="color:black">How to deal with the environment, especially due to weather hazards, climate changes and the extinction of biological species, as a result of excessive human use, is one of the most important concerns of contemporary societies. Meanwhile, using the capacity of religious teachings to make serious changes in the attitude towards the environment and how to treat it can be very helpful. Based on this, the present study was carried out using qualitative content analysis method based on documentary data, with the aim of explaining the status and dignity of the environment in the context of the basic principles of Islamic human rights. The findings showed that the principles of Islamic human rights, while emphasizing the inherent dignity and virtue of man and the right to benefit from nature, depict for him the place of succession and trustworthiness on the earth and on this basis, tie the right to benefit from the environment with the need to protect nature as a moral and religious duty that has an intrinsic value.
