fa فلسفه حقوق بشر اسلامی در چشم‌انداز آموزه‌های وحیانی پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:#00000a"><span lang="AR-SA">حقوق بشر اسلامی نمایانگر حقوقی برای انسان است که با ملاحظه شأن و منزلت و غایت او در جهان، انتظام یافته است. برای فهم حقوق بشر اسلامی و درک چرایی حوزه‌های اشتراک و تفاوت آن از حقوق بشر ماتریالیستی، بایستی به مطالعات فلسفی در این حوزه پرداخت. در این میان قرآن به عنوان اصلی‌ترین منبع حقوق اسلام، جایگاه ویژه‌ای در تبیین مبانی و اصول دینی دارد. بر این اساس، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی فلسفه حقوق بشر اسلامی با امعان نظر به آیات قرآن با استفاده از شیوه توصیفی</span> <span lang="AR-SA">ـ تحلیلی و بهره‌مندی از منابع کتابخانه‌ای به انجام رسید. با تکیه بر یافته‌های نظری و شواهد قرآنی، به نظر می‌رسد، انسان در پرتو آموزه‌های وحیانی دارای حقوق خاصی است که از ویژگی‌هایی نظیر کرامت و ارزش ذاتی، فطرت، خلود و خداجویی وی نشأت می‌گیرد. همچنین شالوده مصادیق مختلف حقوق بشری مذکور در قرآن (حقوق فردی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و ...) را کرامت انسانی،</span><span lang="FA"> عدالت، حکمت و محبت الهی، تشکیل می‌دهند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:#00000a"><span lang="EN"><span style="color:black">Islamic human rights represent the rights for human beings that have been regulated by considering their dignity and their </span></span><span style="color:black">aim </span><span lang="EN"><span style="color:black">in the world. In order to understand Islamic human rights and to understand why there are areas of commonality and difference from materialistic human rights, one should do philosophical studies in this area. In the meantime, the Qur&#39;an, as the main source of Islamic law, has a special place in explaining religious foundations and principles. Based on this, the present study was carried out with the aim of investigating the philosophy of Islamic human rights, focusing on the Qur&#39;anic verses, using the descriptive-analytical method and benefiting from library resources.
