fa جایگاه و اهمیت بیانیه ریاست شورای امنیت و قطعنامه‌های تحریمی آن در مورد برنامه هسته‌ای ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:#00000a"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">بیانیه‌‌های ریاست شورای امنیت و قطعنامه‌‌های تحریمی این شورا نقش مهمی در سیاست‌های بین‌المللی و نحوه برخورد دنیا با برنامه هسته‌ای ایران دارند. این بیانیه‌‌ها که معمولاً در قالب اعلامیه‌‌های دوره‌ای صادر می‌شوند، نشان‌دهنده مواضع موقت و فن‌ سایه‌‌افکن شورای امنیت درباره وضعیت هسته‌ای ایران است و نقش راهبردی در شکل‌گیری اجماع بین‌‌المللی بر سر مسائل مربوط به عدم اشاعه هسته‌ای ایفا می‌کنند</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:&quot;Segoe UI&quot;,sans-serif">.</span></span><span style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;"> قطعنامه‌های تحریمی، که غالباً درنتیجه گزارش‌‌های سازمان‌‌های بین‌المللی مانند آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی منجر به تصویب می‌شوند، ابزارهای قوی در سیاست فشار و مجازات هستند که هدفشان وادار کردن ایران به تعهدات براساس معاهده عدم اشاعه سلاح‌‌های هسته‌ای و توافق‌‌های بین‌المللی است. در این پژوهش سعی بر آن شده است تا با در نظر گرفتن جایگاه بیانیه‌های ریاست و قطعنامه‌های تحریمی در نظام حقوقی و سیاسی شورای امنیت، به تغییرات سیاست‌‌های ایران و وضعیت برنامه هسته‌ای آن در شکل‌‌دهی روندهای دیپلماتیک و امنیتی در عرصه بین‌المللی بپردازیم.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></strong><br> &nbsp; <strong><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:#00000a">The Security Council&rsquo;s presidential statements and sanctions resolutions play an important role in international policy and the way the world deals with Iran&rsquo;s nuclear program. These statements, usually issued in the form of periodic declarations, reflect the Security Council&rsquo;s provisional and shadowy positions on Iran&rsquo;s nuclear situation and play a strategic role in shaping international consensus on non-proliferation issues. Sanctions resolutions, which are often adopted as a result of reports by international organizations such as the International Atomic Energy Agency, are powerful instruments in the policy of pressure and punishment, aimed at forcing Iran to comply with its obligations under the Non-Proliferation Treaty and international agreements.
